Sleeping Beauty Auditions

The South Pointe Ballet Company will be performing the ballet Sleeping Beauty on March 9 – 10, 2012. Auditions will be held on Saturday November 19. Dancers in Level 3 and up are invited to audition for this performance. Rehearsals will be held on Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons.

Fall Classes

Fall dance classes start tomorrow! If you haven't had a chance to register, find your class on our website www.candcballet.com and just show up. You can register when you get here. Register for Fall Classes

Classes for fall are filling up quickly! If you haven't had a chance to get to the studio and register, take the time to do it this coming week. The Primary class and Creative 1A (Tuesdays) are already closed.

We are adding new sections of both classes. The new Primary class will be held on Fridays from 5:30 - 6:15. An additional Creative A1 class will be taught by a different teacher at the same time on Tuesdays.

Nutcracker Audition info

We are excited to provide you with the information you need to audition for Ballet West's 2011 Nutcracker. Just follow these three easy steps:

1. Register Online by September 5, 2011.
Go to www.balletwest.org.
There is a $10 registration fee that you need to pay online.

2. Pre-Audition Check-In
These are held on Tuesday, September 6 and Wednesday, September 7 from 4:00 - 7:00 pm at Bryant Middle School.
Their address is 40 South 800 East in Salt Lake City.
(Remember to register online before September 5!)
Specific audition times and instructions will be given at the Pre-Audition Check-In. The Dancer MUST be present so that he/she can be measured to determine the correct audition group.

3. Audition
Auditions will be held on Saturday, September 10 at the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center. The address is 138 West 300 South, Salt Lake City.

Recital T-shirts

We have available a recital t-shirt. This t-shirt has the recital

every child participating in the recital. It is a great way to
